Rainpool sighed as he entered the Oak Forest. 'Guess Mintleaf didn't really want to come hunting.' He thought to himself. He had been happy at the thought of company but now that Mintleaf had gone elsewhere he had become bored. He saw a mouse scurry across his path and smiled as he remembered the first mouse he had ever caught. Rainpool didn't feel like hunting anymore, he wasn't really lonely but he wanted company. Yet despite his need for company Rainpool knew he needed to catch prey to feed the clan. The scent of squirrel hit he noise like a bat hitting a ball and he crouched down beginning his hunt.

Slaughterclaw was a new warrior and she wanted to hunt as being a warrior. She sighed and smelled the air for something to catch for her clan, There is nothing here to catch, she said to herself. So, she just kept walking. She didn't even notice a thing when she was walking.

With a squirrel hanging out of Rainpool's jaws he made his way back to the buried pile of fresh killed prey he had made. Once there he dropped his kill and yawned. Hunting always made him relax for some reason. It was calming to him. He began to lick his paws, cleaning them after the hunt, washing the blood away. Soon a new scent caught his nose. The scent of a cat, a thunderclan cat. He had smelled the scent before in the warriors den but didn't really know the cat it belonged to. He figured the cat was probably out doing the same thing he had been doing, hunting. He didn't want to interupt anybody's hunting so he stayed put and continued grooming himself and relaxing as he listened to the familiar sounds of home.

Slaughterclaw smelled the air and caught the scent of squirrel. She saw it on a tree and climbed a tree right next to the squirrel. She was quiet and when she got close enough to her prey she jumped. She didn't see where she was at when she had jumped, cause all that she knew was that she had killed her prey and was rolling down a hill.
