{Silentshadow trains Faithpaw)
A silent figure slipped through the darkening trees. It's green orbs glowing in the dark of the night. No moon could be seen, for the moon had slipped behind the clouds, it light unable to shine through the dark masses. This was how the cats of the pine forests of ShadowClan prefered it. They could see better in the dark and therefore it was in this time that they trained their apprentices for deadly accuracy. They trained during the day as well to make sure that their warriors would be ready for anything, but when they started out, they trained at night to give them the upper hand. The she-cat shivered slightly as a strong winter wind buffered her pelt. She felt only a fraction of the chill but she couldn't help but shiver at the thought of the dark and cold night in the woods even though no real fear burned her heart.

A small calico figure appeared through the forest. Her deep yellow gaze burning with excitement and eagerness. She bounded into the patches of moonlight that shone through the thick canopy of pines. She smiled, excitment flooding from her pelt. She looked around for her mentor, Silentshadow.
Faithpaw smiled as her deep yellow gaze landed on her mentor. She ran over, her excitement showing with every movement. She stopped right in front of Silentshadow and mewed," I'm here! What are we doing first!? Can we hunt? No can we fight? No I want to hunt!" Her words coming out so fast they all blended together. She bounced around excitedly.

Silentshadow couldn't help but share her apprentice's excitement. As the small calico raced towards her, the warrior had to keep herself from rushing to meet her. Faithpaw was her first apprentice and she couldn't help but love the small she-cat. She'd been friends with the apprentice since she'd been a kit and counted her as a close friend, even as kin sometimes. When Faithpaw reached her she couldn't keep from laughing. "Calm down " she purred in a friendly voice. "Which would you like most?" she asked, making the she-cat stop and think for a moment.
