A small she-cat ran through the moors, her slick pelt clinging well to her muscles as the bunched and unbunched with every stride. As she approached a slight incline, instead of slowing down, she flung herself over the edge, diving into a faster sprint as she hit the ground. Finaly she slowed as she approached the slight bit of tree that WindClan had on their territory. She knew that unlike the cats of the forest, she couldn't easily weave through the thicket with speed. She steadied her heavy breathing as she sat down in the middle of the trees. Her blue eyes shut for a moment as she regained her usual heart beat. She gave her ruffled pelt long, steady licks, replacing her pelt in the right direction. As she finished, she lay down, resting her head on her paws. She waited patiently for Batwing to appear, for it was him she was waiting for. She smiled to herself, picturing the perfect tom in her mind. She closed her eyes for a moment, her breathing slowing as she relaxed.

Batwing stretched his legs out, his back arching as he allowed his body to lengthen and then shorten once more as he stood back up. He shook his pelt out, then licked it flat before walking quickly out of camp. He wanted to look good for Risingdawn, and he knew she would be waiting for him near the trees on the territory. It was sort of their spot, and excitment flared in his chest as he looked forward to meeting up with her. His paws pounded softly against the ground as he ran across the territory with the speed of a WindClan cat. Before he got there, however, he paused, sniffing the air. There was a rabbit nearby, he could smell it, and he decided to go ahead and catch it. He could give it to Risingdawn when he got to her.
With a fluid movement, he settled into the hunting crouch, and stalked up behind the rabbit. At the last moment it noticed him, but Batwing knew it was too late, and so did the rabbit. There was a short chase, before the tom sank his claws into his catch and killed it easily. He picked it up, and carried it to the meeting place. Happiness bubbled through him when he saw Risingdawn, and he set the rabbit down in front of her, nudging it closer.
"Hey. Sorry, I found this on the way here and couldn't resist catching it," He murmered, something very close to embarasment in his voice. [/blockquote]

Risingdawn could feel her heart beat quicken in her chest as the tom approached through the bushes. Her blue eyes lighting up as she smiled happily. "Hi" she purred, slightly embaressed but also in a bit of a daze. Her pelt rippled as she moved over to sit beside him. Taking a bite, she chewed, savouring the meat before swallowing it. She licked her lips, her smile growing wider then before "I'm glad you did" she laughed "It's an excellent catch" she complimented, likcing his cheek gently in thanks.
She could feel her skin warm up as it turned into a rosy blush under her mainly white pelt. Luckly the splashed of color hide most of her new rosy tint but some of it was obvious. She almost didn't care that he knew she liked him. He was sweet and they where very much a like. Her blue eyes scanned his figure. He seemed nervous, almost as much as she felt. She decided to relax, hoping he'd follow suit.

(Sorry it's taken so long, I've been busy.) Happiness shone in Batwing's eyes when he noticed how happy she looked. He wasn't sure if he liked how much his emotions depended upon her anymore, but he definately liked how happy and good he felt when he knew she was happy. When she licked his cheek, he felt his body heat up, from his ear-tips to his claws. He noticed how she appeared to be blushing under her light pelt, and he blinked kindly at her. He let his tail brush against her side softly, and hoped she knew just how much he liked her. It was true, they were very much alike, and Batwing had realized his feelings for her ran very deep.
"Thanks," he purred back, whiskers twitching with excitment. He dropped his head to take a bite of the rabbit, before turning his gaze back to her. "So, how have you been?" He asked, relaxing into the moment. Whatever happened, he knew it would be okay. [/blockquote]

Risingdawn smiled, her blue/green eyes twinkling. She enjoyed studying him, taking in the power of his emotions, trying to discover how powerful they where. She shuddered slightly as he looked away to take a bite of the rabbit. He made her heart race and an incredible pace. As he spoke, his voice soothed her fear and anxiety, like a wave washing over rocks, her uneasy broke away. "I'm good" she purred, no longer sounding on edge "It's a lovely day for leaf-bare" she commented, looking up to the sun that warmed the white surrondings. "And how of you? How have you been?" she asked her gaze intense, hoping to see through him to his heart. She sometimes whished she could hear thoughts, it would cause unease with others but it would make her feel content to know.
