Goldenleaf got up and stretched, stiffling a yawn. She stumbled sleepily, blinking the sleep out of her eyes and trying to not to wake the warriors around ehr as she padded out of the den. The warm, early, greenleaf sun shone bright in the sky, reflecting off the glistening dew drops hanging on the dangling branches of the warriros den. As she brushed past the entrance they clung to her fur. She walked out into the open, empty clearing, welcoming the sun and warmth that radiated on her back. She was feeling hungry so she padded over to the fresh kill pile and picked something when she spotted a bundle of fur laying in the corner. She quietly and cautiously walked over, when she reached the still lump of fur she prodded at it with a paw. "Who are you?" She said quietly, as not to wake up the rest of camp.

Firestripe looked up, she didn't remember many of the cats in her clan well but she remembered a few, she felt like shed seen this cat before, but she was still nervous of what the cat would think of her, they probably thought she was dead by now. "F-firestripe" she stuttered, she was scared out of her mind. She hoped everything would turn out well.

Goldenleaf froze as the cat began to stir, wary of what would happen. Many things went through her head, Rogue, intruder, stranger... But the cat spoke in response to Goldenleaf's question. "F-firestripe". That name sounded familiar but she couldn't quite place it. She thought hard for a minute but still couldn't think of it. Then a thought occured to her: to smell the mystery cat and than place the scent. So, she very nonchalantly opened her mouth the tiniest bit and let the cat's scent drift over her scent glands. She smelled the forest and prey thick on her pelt but she ever so slightly detected the tiniest bit of ThunderClan scent on her. She unfroze from her stance and backed up a small step. "Well, you're not an attacker. What are you doing here? You've got ThunderClan scent but I don't think I've ever seen you before..."

Firestripe looked at the cat. "I came back to my home" she was to weak to say a word more, she didn't feel like she was that healthy but she wasn't going to just get up and walk into the medicine cat den, she knew someone would remember her eventually, she was going to stay where she was. For a second she almost passed out, but she didn't want to show the cat she was weak.

Goldenleaf could see that the cat's conciousness was wavering and said, "You need to get to a medicine cat. Quick." She began to nudge Firestripe up to cross teh clearing to the medicine cat's den.

Firestripe didn't even try to get up, she wasn't ready to face more than one cat at once, she was to nervous. She couldn't help wondering what they would think of her, she couldn't help it but she didn't want to think it. she wanted to trust her own clan.

With a slightly worried gleam in her eyes, the silver medicine cat squirmed out of the den as quickly as possible. What's going on? Ivytail said in almost a whispering voice.

As Goldenleaf saw Ivytail come out of her den she sighed in relief. "If you've been gone do you remember Ivytail, our medicine cat?" She said to Firestripe. "Ivytail, this is Firestripe-" She stopped helping Firestripe up momentraily and padded closer to Ivytail so she could say it softer "-She is ThunderClan but apparantly she has been gone for some time. She's weak and needs help, quickly."

Firestripe glanced up with a jolt of recognition and joy. Someone she remembered! "Ivytail!" she mewed weakly, but the joy in her voice was obvious, just if ivytail remembered her..She felt sure she would, but what if she didn't..She glanced between ivytail and the ground a few times, feeling guilty. She heard none of what the other cat said.

Snowkit runs over to the two older cats and lookeds at them with wonder "Are you warrior" she asked in her young voice. Snowkit is only four moons old and hasn't seen any other warrior's beside her father Embertail or star it might be soon. Who know's is all Snowkit would think. The little kitten smile up at the two with sparkling little white sharp teeth that showed. Snowkit then looked around for her father with big blue eye's that wondered when he could be at this time of day.

Rainpool, stretching his was out of the warrior's den, yawned lightly as he moved out of the shadow of the den and into the sunlit clearing. He felt much better now that he had taken a nap, and was pleased to see Snowkit talking with some older cats. Yet pleasure was short, for he soon noticed that something was wrong and a cat, he wasn't quite sure who the cat was, seemed hurt and weak. Rainpool looked around the clearing for the medicine cat before he hurriedly padded over to the scene. "What happened?" Rainpool meowed to Goldleaf and Ivytail sensing that this question had already been asked before. He glanced nervously at Snowkit who seemed oblivious to everything.

Stretching stiffly in her moss bedding, Bramblepaw got up and yawned, her silverish-white fangs flashing in the light that flowed through the cover of bramble at the entrance. Bending over and licking the remaining moss from her pelt she flicked her tail happily and made for the den. Looking back she noticed several other apprentices were still asleep and Bramblepaw just wanted to get a head start on her training.
Emerging into the camp clearing, Bramblepaw looked around. Her mother Willowface was washing herself by the warrior's den and several warriors talked amongst themselves in the clearing. Turning her head to the fresh kill pile, Bramblepaw noticed that it had a decent amount for the morning - voles, blackbirds, mice, and a few squirrels.
"Mmmm. The freshkill looks great!" Bramblepaw murmured to herself, flicking her tail hungrily. Then she heaved a sigh. "But the warrior code says I must feed the clan and elders before myself." Bramblepaw lifted her paws which felt like heavy-weights and walked into the center of the camp where many of the warriors sat. Maybe she could find someone to go hunting with. Looking around, she saw a few warriors.
"Hey, would anyone come hunting with me? I can't leave the camp by myself." she mewed.

As more and more cats camp over to where firestripe was sitting she used all her strength to get further away from the crowd, she could barley deal with one stranger, let alone anymore. At least Ivytail remembered her, she hoped someone else would, but she doubted it, she was not the kind of cat someone tended to remember, especially after a season or two.
